Michele Dane
I have more than 25 years in strategic planning for healthcare, social service and not-for-profit organizations. In this capacity, I prepare business plans, conduct market research (focus groups, etc) facilitate meetings to help groups make decisions and develop plans to create and manage their future. In addition, I develop and submit grant applications as well as review applications for funding as a board member of fund allocation organization.
Over the years I have served as a board member of a substance abuse treatment center, maternal health services provider, institutional review board and Kiwanis Club.
I have published articles in journals such as SPECTRum (the journal of the Society of Healthcare Strategy and Market Dvelopment) and Strategic Health Care Review.
Because there is more to life than work, I enjoy reading and gardening. I have recently become certified as a Master Gardner.
